Starting with just four team members, we completed 104 cases totaling over £66.9 million in gross loan amounts and achieved £1,048,078 in revenue. Our diversified approach delivered results across all sectors: 56 buy-to-let cases, 40 bridging and refurbishment deals, and 8 development projects, with an average loan size of £643,765. Our systematic “3 Ps” framework—Policy, Process, and Procedure—has been fundamental to scaling our team to eight members while maintaining the consistent, high-quality service our clients expect.

This year brought significant industry recognition that validates our approach and rapid progress. We won Bridging Finance Introducer of the Year at the Business Moneyfacts Awards 2025 and Best Broker Newcomer at the Bridging & Commercial Awards 2024, alongside multiple other nominations. Beyond business achievements, our team’s 250-mile cycling challenge raised over £20,000 for Empower, supporting Youth Zones in Manchester and Salford.
