Fantastic service from Jasmine at Word On The street. I had exchanged contracts via auction and had strictly 28 days to arrange my finance/loan for completion. Jasmine got this through from the initial offer letter (with competitive fees and terms) through to completion before the deadline !!
This was not a straight forward purchase however Jasmine thought outside of the box and managed to obtain a great deal for me that would complete within the short timescale set. She chased all parties / lenders / solicitors on a daily basis and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using Word On The street in the future!
