We have just completed our first refinance with Word on the Street with a specialist lending product. Micheal spent a lot of time on the phone with us to make sure he had full understanding of the structure on our side which enabled him to set us up with a lender that best suited our needs.
It was easily the smoothest/quickest remortgage we have ever done, with Micheal pushing it through until the very end to make sure we completed on time.
Special mention as well to the case manager Danielle who was on our case (no pun intended) to make sure we got the relevant documentation and inquiry replies back to her as quickly as possible to enable us to complete efficiently.
